Fre-Jac is your authentic french experience, located in beautiful Balingup, the heart of the South West, only 2.5 hrs from Perth. You can't miss us - we are right on the main street of Balingup in "The packing Shed".

We moved the Bakery from Forrest street in December 2008 as the bakery outgrew the premises there.

The Packing shed is an ideal place to stop when you are travelling in the early morning. You will have plenty of space, quick service and a vast selection of bread. Remember your last holiday in Paris with all the flavour of France as you enjoy your breakfast.

Sensational specialty - french pastries, selection of delicious breads, croissants and more in perfect alfresco seating. Enjoy genuine French hospitality and meet with Jean-Marie the baker, each morning from 8am.
